Welcome to GsmMestre (gsmmestre.com), operated by D E S FERREIRA, CNPJ 28.361.464/0001-42. By purchasing or using any digital product from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Nature of Products

GsmMestre sells digital software licenses only. All products — including but not limited to UnlockTool, Android Multi Tool, and TSM Tool — are delivered electronically. No physical product, packaging, or hardware is included with any order.

2. License Grant

Upon successful payment, GsmMestre grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the purchased software for the duration of the subscription period selected at checkout. The license is granted solely for your personal or professional use and does not convey any ownership rights over the software.

3. License Duration

Your license is valid for the period specified in the product listing (e.g., monthly, annual, or lifetime). Upon expiration, continued use requires a renewal purchase. Expired licenses may be renewed at the then-current price.

4. Non-Transferable / No Resale

Licenses are strictly personal and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of any GsmMestre product is expressly prohibited. Violation of this clause may result in immediate license revocation without refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GsmMestre products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms set forth by the respective software developer. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or use the software for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.

6. Delivery

License credentials or activation codes are delivered by email within 24 business hours following payment confirmation. GsmMestre is not responsible for delays caused by payment processor holds, incorrect email addresses, or third-party software provider systems.

7. Cancellation and Renewal

Subscription licenses do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at purchase. It is your responsibility to renew your license before expiration. Cancellation of an active subscription does not entitle you to a refund for unused time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GsmMestre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. GsmMestre's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Warranties Disclaimer

All products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.

11. Changes to Terms

GsmMestre reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our store after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
