Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 10, 2025

At GsmMestre, all products are digital software licenses. Due to the nature of digital goods, our refund policy is as follows:

1. No Refund After Activation

Once a software license has been activated, delivered, or accessed, the sale is considered final and no refund will be issued. This policy applies to all digital products sold on gsmmestre.com, including but not limited to UnlockTool, Android Multi Tool, and TSM Tool.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a non-returnable digital product and that no refund will be given after the license credentials have been delivered and/or activated.

2. Refund Eligibility Window

A refund request may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase.
  • The license has not been activated, accessed, or used in any way.
  • The request is submitted via email with the order number and a description of the issue.

3. Technical Failure Exception

If you experience a verified technical failure — meaning the license was never delivered or is provably non-functional due to an error on our side — we will investigate and, if confirmed, offer either a replacement license or a full refund at our discretion.

To qualify for this exception, you must:

  • Contact us at atendimento@gsmmestre.com.br within 48 hours of the purchase.
  • Provide your order number and a detailed description of the technical issue.
  • Allow us a reasonable period (up to 3 business days) to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue before any refund is processed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after activation.
  • Incompatibility with a device the buyer failed to verify before purchase.
  • Failure to follow activation instructions provided at delivery.
  • License purchased in error by the buyer.
  • Third-party software developer issues outside of GsmMestre's control.

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email us at atendimento@gsmmestre.com.br with:

  • Subject: "Refund Request — Order #[your order number]"
  • Your full name and email address used at checkout.
  • A description of the issue.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting GsmMestre may result in permanent account suspension and may be contested with documentation of the digital delivery.
