All products sold by GsmMestre (gsmmestre.com) are digital software licenses. There are no physical products, no packaging, and no traditional shipping involved.

1. Digital Delivery

Your license credentials, activation codes, or access instructions will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly before completing your purchase.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are processed and delivered within 24 business hours following payment confirmation. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT-3, Brazil).

Delivery may be delayed in cases of:

  • Payment holds or pending authorization by your bank or payment processor.
  • Incorrect or invalid email address provided at checkout.
  • Technical issues on the part of the software developer's delivery system.
  • High volume periods or public holidays in Brazil.

3. No Shipping Fees

Because all products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping fees. The price displayed at checkout is the final price. No additional charges apply.

4. If You Did Not Receive Your Order

If you have not received your license credentials within 24 business hours, please:

  • Check your spam or junk mail folder, as automated delivery emails may be filtered.
  • Verify that you entered the correct email address during checkout.
  • Check any "Promotions" or "Updates" tabs if using Gmail.
  • Contact our support team at atendimento@gsmmestre.com.br with your order number so we can resend your license details.

5. International Orders

We accept orders from customers worldwide. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Digital delivery is the same regardless of the customer's country — your license will be sent to your email once payment is confirmed.
