Our History:
Our journey began when our CEO, Diego Ferreira, at the age of 15, in 2003, began his career in the world of computing and technology with courses in hardware and software assembly and maintenance at renowned institutions in Aracaju, Sergipe, Brazil, such as the Escola Técnica Estadual de Sergipe and the DataNew school in Aracaju, Sergipe, Brazil. Initially, he performed small local repairs for retail customers. In 2006, we expanded our operations to the telephony sector, with this, we began to serve specialized technicians and local retailers, offering cell phone repair services, as well as installations, configurations and support for the most diverse cases, software and repair solutions of the time. Since then, we have become a reference in offering complete solutions for the local market.

National Expansion in Brazil:
After two years, in 2008, our vision expanded and we began offering remote service to retailers and technicians throughout Brazil. This transition was marked by the adoption of chat platforms, such as MSN, and later WhatsApp and Telegram. In addition, we use remote access tools, such as TeamViewer, UltraViewer, AnyDesk, UsbRedirector and FlexiHub, to serve our customers quickly and effectively, even remotely. In mid-2023, in a continuous effort to serve even more people, we launched our exclusive website for service in Brazil, www.gsmmestre.com.br, which was a success with more than 1,600 orders placed in 1 year and the fantastic mark of 0 complaints on the largest company complaint checker in Brazil, ReclameAQUI.

In 2024, in a continued effort to serve even more people, we launched our website, www.gsmmestre.com, with the goal of meeting the demands of advanced technicians and retailers around the world by providing highly specialized solutions for every scenario, delivering accurate and reliable results with every interaction.
